These Terms form an agreement between you and Go Beyond Studios. By using the Site, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its content except as expressly permitted
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Site in a way that burdens our infrastructure

The Site and everything on it — including the Beyondarium name, world, lore, characters, artwork, designs, text, graphics, video, audio, and the overall look and feel — is owned by or licensed to Go Beyond Studios and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. You may not use our names, logos, or creative works without our prior written permission, except as the Site expressly allows (for example, normal sharing of links).

If you send us a message, idea, or other content through the Site (for example, via our contact form), you are responsible for it and confirm you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to use that content for the purpose of responding to you and operating the Site.

Please do not send us confidential information you do not want us to have, and do not submit anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Beyond Studios disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Beyond Studios from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We are actively building the Beyondarium, so the Site will change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it without notice. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Go Beyond Studios is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
