Vergehold Outpost & the Volaris Frontier

The first foothold

Not far from where the rift sets them down, nestled in a canyon of white stone streaked with glowing moss, stands Vergehold Outpost. It was built from parts scavenged off the Inferno’s forward wreck and a scatter of emergency shelters, and it is the Riftwalkers’ first foothold on Volaris. Its graded walkways are dusted with luminous pollen, trailed in from expeditions beyond the rim.

At its heart stands Hearthstone, the lone galley where explorers gather to trade discoveries, share rumors, and prepare for what waits past the canyon walls. Among lantern-lit structures and the steady hum of salvaged generators, this is where a Riftwalker pauses to take in the alien sights and sounds of Volaris before heading out again.

Beyond the rim

Past Vergehold stretches a world of obsidian pillars, vault orchids that snap shut with loud cracks, and dangers whispered about in equal measure with treasures. The frontier has a heartbeat, and it begins here, where bravery is the only currency and legends are minted in the wilds just beyond camp.
